What gift recipient information do I need to send a gift?
You just need an email or the mobile number of the gift recipient to be able to send a Memorique gift to them.
Do you offer international shipping? Can I send an Memorique gift to a mobile number?
Yes, you can. You can simply generate a gift link for a mobile number and then text it.
Can I schedule a gift to be sent on a particular date?
Our ‘Schedule Future Gifts’ or the ‘Campaign’ section lets you do this. Just upload a list of gift recipients or add a single one (with their name, email/mobile number). Select the price of the gift and the date you want the gift to be triggered. And you are done! You can use this feature to set up multi-year gift campaigns for birthdays, holidays, house anniversaries, etc.
Who decides what gift should go out?
Memorique’s advanced recommendation system uses the preferences shared by the gift recipient and the price of the gift to decide what is the best gift box.
I already know my gift recipient’s preferences. Can I directly pick out a gift?
Yes, Once you share the preferences we can pick the right gift for them based on your budget.
What if the gift recipient does not like the gift Memorique picked out?
Every Memorique gift comes with a ‘Happiness Guarantee’ which ensures that if a recipient does not like a gift, we understand their feedback and send them another gift of similar value. The second gift is on us, the gift sender is not charged.
What is the price of gifts?
Our gifts range from $30 up to $2500. You can select the price of each gift you send.
What is the price of shipping and taxes?
Shipping and Taxes depend upon the receiver’s location. We only charge you for the price of the Gift and our concierge fee initially, Shipping and taxes are charged once the gift is ready to be shipped to the receiver.
How long does it take for the Gifts to be delivered?
We use fast shipping from different partnered services like UPS and FedEx and gifts are delivered within 2-5 business days.
Can Memorique send gifts branded with my logo?
We can do it all, just email us your requirement at hello@memorique.com and we will get back with a solution tailored just for you.
I want to get my branded boxes and postcards but want to see how will they look.
Once you buy the branded boxes and postcards and send us your logo and preferred colors, we will send you mockups of how your boxes and postcards will look like. Our team will make changes based on your feedback if any.

Your boxes and postcards are only ordered for printing after you approve the mock-ups. It takes between 10 days to 2 weeks for your boxes and postcards to be printed and ready.
What is the size of the branded box?
The standard size of the box is 10”x10”x5”
What is the size of the branded postcard?
Size of the branded postcard is 7”x5”
What is the size of the area where my logo will be placed on the box
The logo is placed on the top of the box. Size of that area is 10”x10”
What should be the resolution of my logo?
Your logo should be in 300 dpi or more and it should be a vector file.
Can you use a specific font for my tagline/website?
We have a limited number of fonts that we use for the text. If you want any specific font you will have to tell us the name of it. If the font is available for free online, we won’t need anything else. If it is not free, you will have to send us the .OTF or .TTF file of it.
Can we remove “Powered by Memorique” from the back of the box?
It can be removed upon request, but this is our standard approach to adding branding to the box, it is included on all branded boxes. It also helps the recipient understand who is handling the gifts, setting clear expectations for customer care.
